Shipping, Pickup & Delivery Policy 

At Shrinath Laundry we aim to provide reliable and timely pickup and delivery services for your laundry needs. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders. 

1. Pickup Schedule 

  • Laundry pickup is available from Monday to Saturday. 
  • Pickup time slots are available between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 
  • Same-day pickup is available if the order is scheduled before 2:00 PM, otherwise it will be scheduled for the next business day. 
  • Customers can schedule pickups through our website, mobile app, or customer support. 

2. Pickup Process 

  • Customers must keep laundry items ready in a secure bag at the scheduled pickup time. 
  • Please mention any special instructions while placing the order. 
  • Our delivery executive will verify the items at the time of pickup. 
  • An order confirmation will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email / (if enabled). 

3. Processing Time 

  • Standard laundry processing time is 3–5 business days. 
  • Orders with special treatment (dry cleaning, stain removal, delicate fabrics) may take additional time. 
  • Processing time may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. 

4. Delivery Schedule 

  • All orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the pickup date. 
  • Delivery is available between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 
  • Customers may receive delivery notifications before dispatch. 

5. Delivery Process 

  • Cleaned laundry will be properly packed and delivered to the registered address. 
  • Delivery will be done by our authorized delivery staff. 
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on order value and distance. 
  • Free delivery may be available on orders above [₹ Amount] (optional – if you want).

9. Lost or Damaged Items Policy 

  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • Verified damages may be compensated as per company policy. 
  • Compensation (if applicable) will be limited to a reasonable value of the garment, not the brand value. 

10. Returns & Refunds 

  • If customers are not satisfied, they can request a re-service within 24 hours. 
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days. 
  • Refund eligibility depends on service verification.
